i was home super early today..
thinking i had nothing to do (other then my homework which turns me off..)


i went for a run, just downstairs at my park.

i chose the park because..
1)obviously the park is nearer to my house then reservoir
2) the park looks shorter.. like u know.. when it looks shorter, it looks more appealing to conquer right? ahha.
3) easier to go home when i'm about to faint from all that running.

okay, obviously the above is crap.
i'm just trying to make my post look longer..
hahaha. u know me =D

anyways..
i went for an half an hour run in the park (although i will much prefer running on a thread mill)
i know.. 1/2 an hour doesnt seem long.. but it really did 'try' to kill me.
perhaps i have'nt exercised for soooo bloody long, my nerves and muscles got abit rusty.
but i'm proud that i conquered one whole park one round! whooo. no idea how long(as in KM/metres kinda long) is that.. but i'm satisfied.
hope those running burns at least 1/4 of my fats/sugar.
haha.
and i climb the stairs up.. zzz.
lucky i only stay 10floor.. if not.. i have nothing to say =S

i forsee muscle aches the next few days! OH NO.

my papa was just joking about whether there's guys running behind me (as in literally running behind me! although i see 'the-other-point' in his statement)

but sad to say..
I dint see any shuai ge or muscular guy trying to sell his house (refer to the previous post about 'muscular guys, okay i know this is not funny)
all i see is mama-san and uncles running around trying to burn time while keeping healthy.
and obviously they threw weird stares at me..
err. maybe its so seldom that they see teenagers running in parks like me..
perhaps most teenagers all went shopping, or play lan, or gyms.

oh yar.. and a uncle cycled on the 'walking path'..
and he rang his bell at this lady just because she was blocking his way.
and he got a scolding from her.
haha. she was pointing and swearing saying this is a path for walking, not cycling, and the cycling path is just beside...
hahaa. i dono whether to pity that uncle or what..
somehow i think he deserves it.
and he actually farted when he cycled beside me.. like WTH!

okay i'm satisfied.
time to bath cos i'm sweating like a pig.. (my papa forbids me to bath right after running =X, so yes i'm super smelly)
AND..
time to do homework! =D

and Baby Reyes is super cute when he smiles! =)
